Framemaker to CS3 export format

Which exchange format is recommended for exporting a Framemaker document (instruction leaflet) for import into ID CS3 (both on Windows systems)?

RTF, or (with an Indesign plugin) MIF
(http://www.dtptools.com/product.asp?id=mfid). MIF is going to be less
work, but RTF is free.

DTPTools is good !

Remind though, that you do not buy it, but buy the conversion service. I.e. price depends on the amount of pages you want to convert.
