FrameMaker2015 Chapter - page numbers

I am not sure how to enter Chapter.Pagenumber correctly for RTL working -  the problem is for both page numbers and cross-references.

The LTR books are numbered:

1.1

2.1

3.1

...

10.1

A.1

B.1

C.1

For the RTL books I would like to have:

1.1

1.2

1.3

...

1.10

1.א

1.ב

1.ג

I have found out how to set-up the sequence correctly when using the hebrew/arabic characters but I cannot find out how to to set-up the first part of the sequence using  1 to 9 as they always appear LTR.
