FremeMaker 2019 Perpetual License - why have we been cut off?

We purchased a FrameMaker 2019 perpetual license in September 2018 (upgrade from FM 2017). Why have I been reverted to a 30 day trial license again today?

The issue was that my computer had changed from a fixed IP address to a dynamic IP address. This broke the activation.

Apologies, I only just saw this - the emails were treated as junk by my ISP.

Simply enter my full credentials again - after having been reassured that this would not delete an activation.

Once that was determined, what was the fix?

I have an issue looking somewhat like yours. For some reason FrameMaker has begun showing a popup warning me, that my license is about to expire 30th of November. Even though it is a perpetual license. I have contacted support with this issue but it is still an open issue.

It was those reports that worried me when FM2019 stopped letting me in out of the blue.

Thanks...

I would have thought that it was breach of contract to sell a perpetual license and then deny access to the product without warning.

I have sent an email. No reply.

I don't think you should have had anything change with a perpetual license - give the FM folks a buzz at tcssup@adobe.com.
