Horizontal Alignment in table cell

I want the cell alignment to be central when importing the XML. How can I set the cell alignment to "center" in the rules? Since I can't define it in the EDD as I can in the vertical alignment. 

I saw that I could use this info, but I can't make this work.

Can you do it with the Paragraph Format of the style used in the cells?

I don't work in XML, but commonly end up having "CellCenter" in the ¶catalog.
