I have Framemaker 12. How can I obtain a version of Framemaker that saves in version 9 format?

I have a Technical Communication Suite 5 license.  It includes Framemaker 12.  Framemaker 12 saves only in Framemaker 11 and 12 formats, however I need to work with others who are still on Framemaker 9.  How can I obtain a version of Framemaker that can Save As in Framemaker 9 format?
