images aren’t being saved as a jpeg file

Can't save any images as a jpeg format. I tried everything I read on YouTube and on this website and couldn't figure it out

Saved from what Adobe application?

This is the Framemaker forum, and FM, per se, doesn't save images. The output to HTML/XML has settings for converting images to various formats, including JPG.
