Runaround with 'Frame above paragraph' setting

I have a frame named 'Caution' in a reference page that has a 'caution' graphic inside of it. I also have a 'Caution' paragraph tag that uses the 'Frame Above Pgf' setting to put the 'Caution' frame from the reference page above every paragraph with that tag.

This is extremely useful because people can just assign the proper paragraph tag and have the image automatically put in for them. However, I would prefer if the frame that is inserted allow the text to run around the frame. I have set the runaround property on the applicable frame inside of the reference page, but it seems when FrameMaker inserts this frame due to the paragraph setting it is just ignoring the runaround property. Is there any way to achieve a graphic with runaround as part of the paragraph tag 'Frame Above Pgf' setting?

I was able to do what I needed using a two-column table approach.

The Frame Above or Below places the reference frame in the respective location to the paragraph container, so there is no way to apply a runaround property that can be honoured.

What can be done to simulate this effect (besides using a two-cell table construct or using anchored frames) is to use two paragraph styles together.

The first paratag references the icon but contains no text. The text is contained in the next paratag and is also referenced in the "Next Pgf Tag" setting. The second paragraph backs up to the top of the icon (with proper left margin settings to not overwrite the graphic) by using appropriate negative values (reference frame height + linespacing is a good starting point) in the Space Above line (while the icon paragraph has the same negative values in the Space Below line).

When properly setup, the user inserts the icon paratag, hits Enter and continues typing the text related to the Caution, Warning, or whatever. It will all come out aligned.

Thanks again. Very helpful. I messed around with the negative values for above paragraph and below paragraph and was able to get it somewhat working, but Frame seems like it has rendering problems when you start applying negative values. What would happen is as soon as I'd start typing in the 'text' format (the one after the 'icon' format), the text would blank out from display. I would have to scroll up a page and back down in order to make Frame redraw it. Then as soon as I started typing again it would blank it again.

I decided to try it with the two column table approach and that seems to be working pretty well and should be relatively easy for people to do. Just Insert>>Table of type 'Caution-Table' and start typing . How would one do it with anchored frames? I messed around with that a little bit but I wasn't able to figure out how to always make an anchored Frame include a particular reference frame. Is there a way to create some sort of anchored frame format?
