Saving Multiple files in RTF

Does anyone know how to save multiple files in a book as RTF, other than saving each one individually? I have tried saving as a pdf and converting it but the formatting is never correct.

I am using FM 9 on Windows 7.

Thanks in anticipation.

MIF2Go is the ultimate in flexibility, you can break your files either at the chapter level or even ( if I remember correctly) at lower levels (e.g. Heading 1). There can be a bit of a learning curve, but it's the best out there for tweaking the output exactly as you want, both for RTF and for HTML or other help file output.

The very best way is to use a 3rd party utility called MIF2Go, from http://www.omsys.com

Excellent product, very configurable, topnotch support, very reasonably priced.

FM's own built-in conversion to RTF is barely adequate, as you've probably found.

Sheila,

I did see that product recommended in another posting but wasn't sure if you could use it for multiple files or, as for FM, as a one at a time tool. I will download a demo and give it a go.

Thanks.
