Seeking FM step-by-step tutorials

Can anyone suggest a book, website, or course containing step-by-step tutorials that gradually building complexity, while teaching FrameMaker concepts? Thank you in advance!

Since you asked...I have two full length courses that go beyond the quick start course I developed for the Adobe site:

• Authoring Unstructured Content in FrameMaker
• Formatting Unstructured Content in FrameMaker

I also have fully independent structured content versions of these courses.
