The Frame 10 trial download isn't working.

I got a call and an email asking how the evaluation went 5 minutes after I tried unsuccessfully to download the trial software.

What was the problem with the download?

Try a different browser. Last time I played with this, it wouldn't work in IE... it tries to download an akamai download manager that seems to screw with a number of settings.

Worked for me in Chrome; and I believe FireFox was also trouble free.

Hi There,

Please try these steps in any browser and let me know if that helps.

Go to http://www.adobe.com

Sign in with your credentials.

Go to Downloads and from "Select All product Trial" drop down. Select Framemaker 10 and click on Go.

Just copy and paste these links one by one in the Address bar and press "Enter" it will give you a popup to save the file select the location where you want to save Framemaker 10 Installer.

Once done with download, double click on .exe file to extract the setup and install it.
