Tiny book template

Need tiny book template. Does anyone have a very small book 3-1/2 inches wide by 6-1/2 inches high template with TOC that I could have. I have not located any information on how to resize my current FM emplates to a new book size.  A pointer to that information would be great. Thanks.

    Marion,

    Try strarting with a blank FM document. Delete all of the catalog elements (Paragraphs, Charcters, Tables). Set your page size to what you need, and then import the paratags, character tags from the type of document that you want for the other content. Keep in mind that for size of your text area, that you will be using relatively small fonts.
