unable to download framemaker 9 trials vers

Hi to all, just yesterday i downloaded trial version of Indesign 4 only using ie8, unable download ussing chrome3.

now after the registration on adobe i can't download frame maker 9 trial version, if i use ie8 a msg appear" non authorized to this site", and if i use google chrome i recive this msg " too redirect to download".  following the right procedure to cancel cookie nothing changed.

can someone help me?

I just checked with Chrome and I also get the "Too many redirects" error. It's possible that you may need to use a different browser. I've used FireFox to download the trial version before with no problems.
