We have published Update 6 for FrameMaker (2019 release). In FrameMaker, go to Help > Updates to update your version. You can also download the update from here: Update 6 for 64-bit and Update 6 for 32-bit.

Yes, but the 64-bit download button doesn't work. Just the 32-bit download. However, 64-bit download still works with the link on top of this thread.
