Upgrading to Captivate 8 with Technical Communication Suite subscription

I have a TCS5 subscription which includes Captivate 7 - I would like to upgrade to Captivate 8.  After advice from Adobe help team, I have uninstalled existing version of TCS and downloaded trial of current version which contains Captivate 8.  All programs install correctly but Captivate will only run as trial - even after signing in with my Adobe ID.  When installing there was a symbol next to Captivate 32 and 64 bit which says it will only install as a trial.  Is this available for existing subscription users yet?  If not - when will it be available?  I was led to believe at the time I got the subscription that I would have access to the latest software when it comes out.  Is this not the case?

Thanks for the replies everyone - it ended up being a problem at Adobe's end which their help team sorted out.

Thanks for the links.  I've already tried signing out and back in again with no luck.  I've also tried uninstalling 5.01 and installing it again with same results.  Lastly I've tried doing the same on my laptop and get the same results - everything installs ok except for Captivate which installs as a trial.  Adobe helpline don't seem to be able to identify the issue.

Hi There,

You can now go to  TCS 5 download page on Adobe's website and download the latest build for TCS 5 that include Captivate 8 and Presenter 10.
