Where can I download the latest version of Technical Communication Suite?

We use the Adobe Technical Documentation Suite and want to update the suite to the latest version. We wnt to make sure to use the latest version. Where can I download it?

When I enter this page, it shows Technical Communication Suite September 2022 release. Is this the latest version? 
Where can I see which version I have installed? When I open Framemaker, Help > About it shows Version 17.0.5.725

Yes, that is the latest version. Help > About shows you the internal point version. Latest version is 17.0.7.842.
