Why does FrameMaker 11 install stall at 2%

At 2% it asks me to insert the disc, which is already inserted.

I had v11 running before a harddrive failure. This is the error I gettrying to install on the new hard drive.

Try copying to the hard drive and run the Setup.exe directly.
