Liebe FrameMaker,

Man erhielt folgende Meldung:

Mitgliedschaft abgelaufen.png

Hi, this is not FM support - it's a user-to-user forum with occasional staff popping in.
There could be a couple of reasons why this is happening - it could be this issue behind the scenes - https://helpx.adobe.com/tech-comm-suite/kb/deprecated-internet-explorer-10-with-ims.html
or it might be something to do with how the Adobe IDs are configured as personal or business - see this thread - https://community.adobe.com/t5/framemaker-discussions/recent-adobe-profile-changes-places-framemaker...

You can also get a hold of the FM folks this way - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#framemaker for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including FrameMaker.
