Hi, although I have all the Helvetica fonts installed, when I open my files it's reporting them as missing in the console, and the fonts definitely don't look right. Help? I'm using FrameMaker 2015 on Windows.

Are they actually installed on your machine or are they just in the printer you're using? Is your default Windows printer instance set to the Adobe PDF "printer"?

When I go to Font settings from the Windows Start menu, they're in my Available fonts list.

My default Windows printer wasn't set to Adobe PDF, but I just set it to that, and restarted Frame, no change. I also tried rebooting my laptop, but no change.

There are many Helv variants...are you sure you've got the necessary ones installed?

Can you share the console messages?
