Adding perspective grids - Fresco iPHONE

Rewatching and following along in the Adobe MAX Fresco class (which overall has been awesome). But the instructor's using an iPad. Where is the task bar on the iPhone IU?? I cannot find it ANYWHERE, and there aren't any video tutorials showing it online. Specifically, I'm trying to add perspective grid lines to my artboard...on the iPhone (not iPad).

If it helps, there are some brush packs that include perspective grids in them. I know kyles mega pack defibately has some in there. I have a few other packs that have them if you're curious as well.
