I have installed Adobe Creative Cloud and then installed Freso from there. All the system requirements are met. Still getting crashes after showing the 'loading documents' popup. I have read alot of threads about this issue but nothing seems to work. I also have access to the cloud storage and have alot of files already synced to the adobe cloud. Please look into this issue.

As you have mentioned looking for answers already I would suggest your best option when it comes to a crashing issue would be to contact the development team directly. Normally I would guide you to the Help section of the app which opens your email and includes a log of information that helps them to work out the problems. So since you can't open the app...
