Adobe Fresco is broken in Windows 11 24H2 preview.

Steps to reproduce:

1 select pencil brush

2. Draw an angled stroke by tilting the Wacom Pen on it's side.

3. keep trying the stroke, scribbling side to side with the pen titlted.

You will see that the stroke is having some kind of redraw bug/issue. This issue can be seen with all brushes in various ways. A lot of brushes just have gaps in their strokes.

I am showing that I have this problem too. This was done through both my pen and mouse and its replicated with all my brushes. The issue is more pronounced in smaller sized brushes

Here is a screenshot. As you can see there is corruption in the stroke. Two brushes were used here, pencil and basic hard round. You can see the odd corruption in how the stroke is rendered into canvas. Using Windows 11 Insider Preview 24H2 and latest Nvidia Studio Driver on RTX 4090.

I have the same issue on my Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio as well. This can also be reproduced with my mouse. I need this fixed immediately because it's unusable right now.
