Hello,
If your Adobe Fresco brush is distorting, try these fixes: check and reset brush settings, update Fresco to the latest version, restart the app, close unnecessary apps to free up resources, and recalibrate your stylus. If the issue persists, reinstall Fresco.

Apologies for the late reply i was not expecting any reply. Although the issue resolved itself, i believe it might have been a driver error with ym graphics card. Alghough i will share the info you asked.
GPU: Nvidia RTX 0470ti
Tablet: Deco mw bluetooth
Stylus: x3 elite
Mouse: Corsair M65 RGB Elite
As for the brush it was hard round size flow i used as the example as it was the more noticable one, but it was dooing it with the other brushes, Although Watercolor and vector brushes where not having the same issues.
