Brushers not working

Can anyone help me, I have the Microsoft surface pro 11 device and want to add more brushers on Adobe Fresco but for some reason it just keeps on saying adding brushers but it never does ? Also I am not able to add watercolor brusher to my live brusher if anyone can help with that as well please ?

Would you mind trying to update the OS(https://adobe.ly/40SqOXA) and Fresco(https://adobe.ly/3EyMaBM) to the latest version and checking if it helps?

Additionally, check if all of your work is synced online (https://adobe.ly/40SMYJi). If yes, please try resetting Fresco (https://adobe.ly/40SXdgw...) and share your observations.

Thank you for the response. 

 

Everything is up to date and I did the resetting and repair settings, it still looks like it doesn't want to add brushes still says adding in progress.

Thanks for confirming. Would you mind checking if Fresco behaves this way when installing other brush packs as well? To share the ABR file, kindly upload it to a file-sharing service like Google Drive/Dropbox/etc. and share a link to the file here.

Yes I tried adding different brushers as well and I still doesn't want to.

I tried to share it I may have done it wrong but just let me know if you can access it
