Can't download Adobe Fresco or Adobe Creative Cloud. Files missing?

I've tried downloading Adobe Fresco to my laptop, but it's not working. It keeps saying stuff like: "missing x files, try reinstalling to fix the issue", and when I reinstall it, it keeps having the same issue. I've tried downloading it from different OFFICIAL sources, but I've had no luck with either the Microsoft Store page, nor the Adobe website. And I'm pretty sure it's not my laptop that's the problem since it's fairly new and has the latest Microsoft updates. 

 

There's a video of me trying to download Adobe Fresco attached to this message. It's probably better at showing you what's the problem then I am at explaining it, so please give it a watch!

 

Someone please help! I really would like to get back to drawing as soon as possible!

Hi @Big L#8375,

 

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. Please try installing the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. You can download it from the official Microsoft website. Install it, and then try reinstalling Adobe Fresco.
