Can't find a smudge tool in the free version of Adobe Fresco on Microsoft Surface

Hi!

I can't find a smudge tool in my free version (5.5.0) of Adobe Fresco on Microsoft Surface Pro.

I've been googling and from what I've found I thought the smudge tool is supposed to be there under the eraser tool, but as you can see on my screenshot, I don't have it?

Do I have the wrong version, am I blind or is the smudge tool not included in this version?

Hello @Nadiya38986558zj5c,

Thanks for sharing the details. Are you using a Surface laptop with an ARM-based processor? If so, the Smudge tool is currently unavailable. Learn more here: (https://adobe.ly/4dzcjMY).

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Hello @Nadiya38986558zj5c,

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience technical issues. Would you mind trying the following steps and checking if they help:

1. Go to Creative Cloud Desktop Application

2. Press Ctrl+Alt+R

3. It will show a dialog to Relaunch

4. Click Continue and wait for 2-3 minutes

5. Launch Fresco

Additionally, try resetting Fresco (https://adobe.ly/4frNcxv...) and share your observations.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav

Thank you for the reply!

I relaunched, reset and even reinstalled the app on my microsoft surface and it didn't work. But I decided to try installing Adobe Fresco on my other laptop and the smudge tool is there right where it's supposed to be.

It must be a problem with compatibility with microsoft surface then? Or maybe I should change someting in the settings?
