I am working on animation in Adobe Fresco. I'm creating each animated piece on a new layer. However, when I'm setting the frames per second on one layer, it affects all layers. Is there a way to fix this? The layers are not duplicates of each other. I've watched a few tutorials on animating in Fresco but I haven't seen anyone running into that issue or mentioning it. I'm using an iPad, the tutorials I watched are also on iPads. I'd love any help on solving this please. Thank you.

Hello @Deja28876027nqec,
Thanks for reaching out. Currently, Fresco does not have this functionality. Would you mind creating a UserVoice for this feature request (https://adobe.ly/3zUWDpe) and adding your comments there? Doing this will help us prioritize this request, and you will be notified of any updates.
Alternatively, you can export your motion as a PNG sequence and then import them into Photoshop on the desktop, where you can change the time for each frame.
Feel free to reach out if you have more questions or need assistance. We'd be happy to help.

I'm confused. I had this problem too when I set fps in the settings but when I set fps in layer properties, I was able to set different fps for each layer. Is there a difference between the fps in the two circled in red in my screenshot?

* I should have said 'motion settings' when I said "settings" above.

I'm going to check the settings on my project and I'm going to try to do what you did and see if that works for me as well.

This guy has great videos for Fresco. Explains frames & fps well.
