Different starting moment of two levels

Keeping in mind that this is a newly added feature it won't have all the bells and whistles of a well established animation app. However much like adding a keyframe in other animation software or offsetting  multiple layers of a video, at the moment yes if you want to add a time delay on a layer add extra frames at the front of that layer in Fresco.

I have same question.  I want to have path level play after frame level and can't figure it out.
