export time-lapse without white background

I was wondering if i draw a vectorial drawing in Adobe Fresco, and i export the file as a time-lapse: if there's a way to export it without the white background (like png but movie format) so i could place this vectorial drawing in movie format over an existing movie.

Or is there another way to achieve this effect (moving vectorial drawing over existing movie) in de creative suite?
