favorite brushes not saved on a new ipad

Never had any issues on my old ipad.
I got a new ipad, downloaded the latest Fresco, opened an existing file, and my favorites are not there.
All of my brush sets show up, but no favorites.  I can save new favorites, but that is not helpful.

Hey @Lutzka5E7F

In addition to what @Anshul_Saini has said, here's a feature request I made a couple of years ago for favourite brushes organisation.

https://adobefresco.uservoice.com/forums/919786-adobe-fresco/suggestions/43151529-rearrange-order-of-brushes-in-favourites

Here is also a feature request for Brush Management that was created a few months back that appears to be in the Planned stage. Which is great news!

 https://adobefresco.uservoice.com/forums/919786-adobe-fresco/suggestions/46593088-brush-management-find-save-brushes-create-fold

The more upvotes the brush organisation feature requests get the better. I know they are currently favourited in order, but I agree with you both that organisation of brushes really makes a difference, especially when we spend so much time curating our loveliest ones!

All the best,

Yvie

Hi @Lutzka5E7F,

I'm sorry to hear that you're facing this issue with your new iPad and Adobe Fresco. Losing your favorite brushes can be frustrating. Let's try to resolve this:

  • Tap on Import from Files to import your favorite brushes from your Creative Cloud library.

    '
  • Ensure that you're logged into the same Adobe account on your new iPad as you were on your old one and that sync is on Creative Cloud on the older iPad & new iPad. Favorites are often synced with your Adobe account, so logging in with the same account should ideally restore them.
  • As a last resort, if you can't recover your old favorites, you might need to manually re-select and save your favorite brushes.

I hope this helps you recover your favorite brushes in Adobe Fresco!

Best,

All the files are syncing, so I don't think that is the problem.

Brush organization still needs help in Fresco. . .I wish I could reorder,
make subfolders in favorites. I spent so much time looking for brushes.
