Fresco looks amazing - is it compatible for a PC with a Wacom Cintiq?

It seems like the program could be compatible because of the stylus aspects of the App - but I notice that only iPads, Surface Pros and Mobile Wacom devices are listed.  I'd love to use this on my desktop PC with my Wacom Cintiq...

Adobe Fresco is supported on the following iPads:

• iPad Pro (all models)
• iPad Air (3rd generation)
• iPad (5th and 6th generation)
• iPad mini (5th generation)

The iOS version must be 12.4 or later.
