Fresco no puede abrir este documento. Ponte en contacto con soporte.
El día de ayer estaba usando Fresco sin problemas y hoy me aparece este error. Ya lo reisntalé y no funciona.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind creating a copy of the file you're having trouble with from the Cloud Documents website (https://adobe.ly/4e2z8cv) to check if it helps? Also, try saving the file as a PSD, importing it into Fresco, and sharing your observations.

Hola muchas gracias por la respuesta,
Ningún archivo abre, tampoco un documento nuevo. No abrió al importarlo a un PSD y volverlo a abrir en Fresco no funcionó. Photoshop sí lo pudo abrir pero no puedo trabajar ahí por los pinceles.

Thanks for sharing the link. I was able to save the file as a PSD and then import it in Fresco.
Would you mind checking if all of your work is synced online (https://adobe.ly/4dWRbAW)? If yes, try deleting and reinstalling Fresco to check if it helps.
