Fresco Support for Intel i5 HP EliteBook 8470p Intel® HD Graphics 4000

Hello.
I tried to use Fresco on my brand new Lenovo Thinkpad AMD with Radeon graphics, and posted for help here.
I tried to install it on an older machine: Intel i5 with an Intel 4000 graphics card.
I ran the Intel driver update linked on the Fresco system requirements page.
(screenshots of system specs attached)
However, returning to Fresco in Adobe Creative Cloud, it still says not compatible.
Appreciate some support with this issue.
