Fresco told me to resize my image in draw or sketch but both app already discontinued

I have my adobe draw's works completely migrate to fresco, but I cant open some of my works because it says "Image layer too big", then told me to resize it in Adobe draw or sketch, but both app already discontinued. I then tried to export it to psd but the same thing happened again

I found this ridiculous that fresco have limitation which draw didnt.
