I want to set my side button to pan the canvas when i hold it, is it somehow possible in Abobe Fresco?

I am not familiar with the stylus function of a windows machine, but on my graphic tablet I can set up a shortcut for each of the button of my stylus. In that case I would need to link the button to the "space" shortcut (the space bar of the keyboard) as it's the shortcut to pan.

So I watched the video you sent and I discovered that the back and side buttons of the pen do not work in Adobe Fresco (they work normally as if I had no app open). And unfortunately, I can't even set the pen buttons as keyboard shortcuts (for example, the spacebar for pan).
