I can’t buy or restore brushes in Fresco

With some brushes (those with stars) I have a problem: I get a new window with a message that now Fresco and Photoshop work together, but I can't buy or restore the brushes.

 

Does anyone know why?
I'm locked in with an Adobe profile – I have the whole suite and can't explain it … 🤔 🤔

Hi Nadine.

 

A couple of things I'd like you to check:

* First, sign in with your Adobe ID to https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents and make sure that all of your Fresco work shows up  there.

* Then while you're signed in navigate to https://account.adobe.com/profile and make sure that's the account that has your paid Creative Cloud plan

* If it is, make sure that it's the same login you're using when you sign in to Fresco (the best way to check that is to sign out of Fresco and sign back in).

Hi Sue,

thank you! Yes, there was something off with my logg in at the Fresco app although it looked as if I was logged in properly.
After a new sign in the brushes are there now.
