I can't install Adobe Fresco!

I can't install Adobe Fresco because I am getting the information that my operating system is outdated and it is from Windows 10 v.1809. Which is not possible because yesterday I updated Windows to version 20H2 (the latest version of Windows). Minimum requirement Fresco is Windows 10 version 1903 or later, so...

Can help me someone?

I did try using Powershell as you said but unfortunatly it did not work.

 

As a side note, since we didn't care to keep anything on the Surface Pro 6 we were trying to install it on, I went ahead and did a clean install of Windows 11 on the device and then Fresco installed with no problem.

The only reason that fresco isn't working for me is because I need t free up space but I have no idea how  pls help me

We apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with installing Fresco and encountering error 191. We understand how frustrating this can be.

 

One thing that you can try is to open "Windows PowerShell" as an administrator from the Start menu and execute the command: "get-appxpackage *Fresco* -AllUsers | remove-appxpackage."

 

After this, restart your system and attempt to install Fresco from the Creative Cloud app again.

 

If the issue persists, please let us know, and we'll escalate the problem to Microsoft for further investigation.

hi, i cannot install Fresco either. System specs seem ok, don't know what the problem is. Used the mentioned tool and uploaded the spes.

I also cannot install Fresco, despite decent specs and up to date drivers. My adobe collected log is: AdobeLogs_20211110_035625_660-win.zip

Please help!

Sorry about the trouble. Could you please share the downloadable link of the Adobe Log Zip folder? Also, please share the DxDiag file from your system. Steps are shared here (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/open-and-run-dxdiag-exe-dad7792c-2ad5-f6cd-5a37-bf92228d...).
