I'm Hello please I need help when exporting document/file from Adobe fresco in png, jpg, psd all are blur and resolution is really low it only gives a good quality in pdf format. Please I need help guys

The important thing you need to remember is that the pixel count is the most important number to consider (the resolution will only determine the size of your artwork when you print it).
So make sure you have sufficient pixel count, regarless of the resolution, if your file is blurry when seen on a screen.
For example 2500 px X 3500 pixels shouldn't look blurry at 100% when seen on a big screen ...

You might be using a file with a low resolution.  It would appear higher quality in PDF,  but the other file formats would look blurry.  What DPI are you using and are you using any vector brushes?
