Hello!

Recently, I experienced a crash on my IPad while working on an illustration with Adobe Fresco. When I tried to open my project again, I received an error saying that my file was not a valid PSD.

I also tried opening it in the web version, but I had no success.

Can someone help me?

I’ve already tried making a copy, saving it on both my device and PC, but I always get an error.

Hi @carlos_5241,

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with your Adobe Fresco file. Let's work together to resolve this issue.

Could you please share the following details to help us diagnose the problem?

1. Version of Adobe Fresco you are using.

2. iPad model and the iOS version installed.

3. Does this issue occur only with the specific file you're trying to open, or with other files as well?

Meanwhile, please try the below:

 - Force restart the Fresco app and try opening the file again. This has helped other users in similar situations.

 - Duplicate the file and attempt to open the copy.

 - Ensure your Creative Cloud is fully synced and try accessing the file again.

Looking forward to your response so we can assist you further.

Best,
Abhishek Rao
