issues merging layers in adobe fresco.

hi everyone,

i am having issues merging layers in adobe fresco. The option of,"merge down" is completely gone from the layer actions. I am trying to combine a outline/ink  layer with a color layer. I'm hoping if that works, I can then add a path and the finished character that holds the ink/color layer would both follow that path. But, like i said, that option is no longer available. Any help would be appreciated.

    I'm also having trapuble with this. I searched the internet and I can't find an answer. Could somebody respond to this if they know the issue?

    Hello, i am having a issue with the layers in Adobe Fresco. It was all working fine, then at a certain point of reviewing my animation, Fresco doesnt allow me to continue to draw in the same layer i started. Everytime i try to draw in a layer, Fresco moves what i just drew into a brand new layer it creates. Anybody else have this issue or know why it does that?
