[Licensing] Fresco launches as a Trial under the All Apps Plan

Dear Sir / Madam,

We are a school IT techincian. We have brought Creative Cloud All Apps for K-12 - Shared Device License. Student cannot login Adobe Fresco: Painting Studio (v3.9.1) in iPad. Error message: Access denied You do not have access to this service. Contact your IT administrator to gain access. We try to login Creative Cloud first and open the Fresco. It is still not work. It the past year, student can login Fresco. I don't have ideal to solve the problem.

If yes, are you seeing an "X" in the corner to close it? After closing this message Fresco app should work as normal. If not, would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you are getting on your end?
