I have tried to use the live oil brushes several times, and each time the application crashes. I tried to report bug, but it gives me an error message.
Which device are you using?
If you can't use the bug report option within the app send an email to frescohelp @ adobe . com
This is the same address as the one you would send to through the app itself.
If you can send see the automatically attached information it would be helpful to copy that and include it in an email.
I'm using a Lenovo Yoga 7i 15. Just got it last week.
