Lost my saved illustration in Fresco!

I've been working on an illustration over the last few weeks (spent numerous hours on it) and was going to add the final touches this evening. Prior to doing this I freed up some space in my Creative Cloud by deleting then permanently deleting a large number of illustrations. I've then gone to open my current project and am devastated to see that it's disappeared! I know I DEFINITELY didn't delete or permanently delete it as I wouldn't.  (even had I mistakenly deleted I would have then realised when I was permanently deleting) Hours and hours of work gone! I've checked the Creative Cloud and it's not there. I'm gutted : ( 

Any ideas what's happened? I work on my iPad Air (4th gen)

Did you have any copies of it saved anywhere else that you can continue working from?

Hopefully someone from Adobe will see this post and maybe there might be a way for them to track down something in the depths of deletions.

Have you tried signing out and signing back in?  If you deleted a lot of files, it may take awhile for things to refresh.
