When I opened Fresco today, I noticed the "More Fonts" option is grayed out and I have access to almost no fonts. Certainly not anything interesting. Any idea how to fix this?

Hi @J320728217itm,

Thanks for reaching out. The "More Fonts" option in Adobe Fresco allows you to access additional fonts that are available through Adobe Fonts. When it's greyed out, it usually indicates that there might be a connection issue or a problem with your Adobe account or subscription. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:

  • Ensure you have a stable and active internet connection.
  • Ensure that you are signed in with your correct Adobe account.
  • Some fonts in Adobe Fonts require an active subscription. If you're using a font that's not part of Adobe's free font collection, you may need to subscribe to get access to that.
  • Ensure that your Adobe Creative Cloud subscription is active and up to date. If your subscription has lapsed, it might affect your access to fonts.
  • Sometimes, restarting Adobe Fresco or the device can help resolve temporary glitches.
  • Ensure that you are using the latest version of Adobe Fresco. Outdated versions may have compatibility issues. Check for updates in your App Store or the Creative Cloud app.

As a last resort, if none of the above steps work, consider uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Fresco. This can help resolve issues related to corrupted app files.

After trying these steps, if the "More Fonts" option is still greyed out, and you have an active or if you ever had a subscription, then please share your email ID with me via DM. So I can further check with the team.

I too have had this issue. The simple fix was an uninstall and a reinstall.
