New version of Fresco doesn't work on Windows

I had Fresco version 4.3 on my computer (Windows 10 and wacom) for a while and it worked fine. I updated it 4.6 and 4.61 (tried both) and now most of the functions does not work. for example, I can't change the brush, its color, or flow.
How can I go back to version 4.3?

In the meantime, would you mind trying to install an older version of Fresco v4.0 (https://ccmdls.adobe.com/AdobeESD/FRSC/4.0.0/win64/65329b20-2fb0-4131-a587-6df11b7f46e4/Adobe_Fresco...) and checking if it helps?
