Open a Copy Illustrator Desktop doesn't work

I'm trying to export a vector file from Fresco to be opened in Illustrator on desktop. I've tried "open a copy" on Fresco a few times. It just never does anything. Is this just on my ipad that this feature doesn't work at all or is this happening to other people?

    I understand the frustration you're experiencing with the inability to send/share files from Fresco to Desktop Illustrator. Many users have reported this in the past. Our product team has conducted an investigation and determined that the Apple Notification System (ANS) is intermittently causing this issue.

     

    To mitigate this problem, please ensure that both your devices are running the latest operating system version and are connected to a stable network.

     

    I apologize for any frustration this has caused. Please note that no changes have been made to this functionality from our end.
