Hi,
I just wondering why always getting error as below pict when start Fresco.
I installed it, every time I open it and error appear.
I have tried uninstall and re-install, tried sign out and sign in adobe creative cloude

You know you'll find me crazy 😁, but check that your billing information are correct (right debit/credit card, with the right numbers, and most importantly with a valid expiry date). I had the problem a while ago, and it was my debit card that has expired without me realising.
If that's the case, correct it, then log out and log-in again...
If all fails, try to contact Adobe customer service (quickest way is to open your CC app and go to your Adobe account from there)
and look for the speech bubble at the bottom left of the page, and type your problem there. You'll get a virtual assistant at first, but then you can ask to speak to a real person...
