Good day
whenever I open fresco it loads and then crashes, I've tried deleting the new version and installing it again
I've tried CTLR - ALT -R, Deleting the creative cloud app and it is still crashing
Please advise on what to do
I use fresco on windows 10

I know you're using a Windows device, but what device do you have? How much RAM do you have?

I am on a pc with 16GB RAM, I can run all other Adobe products and hefty programs.
Fresco used to open, then just one day crashes while opening the app.

Sorry to hear about this experience. I hope the problem is resolved by now. If not, kindly try to update the GPU drivers (https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/update-graphics-driver.html) and set Fresco to use the High-Performance GPU (if your computer has multiple GPUs) by following the steps shared in this AMD help article (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-110) and check if it helps.
If not, kindly share some more information, like the exact version of the OS and Fresco and system configuration (CPU/ GPU(s)/ Memory/ Display Monitors used), and the crash report by following the steps shared in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html).
While submitting the report, kindly use the same email account used here in the community so we can locate it quickly.
