Poor resolution when exporting from Fresco

Hello

Hope someone can help me out. I've been working on a project in Fresco and for some reason when I export as PNG or PSD the resoltuion is terrible!. I checked my doc settings (thats usually the issue) but they are set to A4 300ppi so I don't know whats going on

any ideas??

    Definitely sounds wrong. What app are you opening the png/psd file up in afterwards?
    Can you include screenshots of how it looks in Fresco compared to how it looks after exporting.

    I wanted to use in Indesign. When that didn't work I tested it in
    Illustrator and Photoshop.
