Seeing "Insufficient Storage" message, but have both a lot of storage on ipad and adobe

Hi --

 

I am seeing an 'insufficient storage' message within the adobe app. I still have at least 10 GB of storage on my ipad, as well as 95 GB on adobe cloud. Not sure where to update this or why this being trigger.

I'm assuming this would be a message for the device storage but it'd be helpful if you can share some screenshot of the error message and we can assist you better then.
