Smoothing for Live Brushes in Fresco

Is there an option to adjust the smoothing for Live Brushes in Fresco, like there is for the pixel and vector brushes?

The Live Brushes are designed to have a more organic and natual feel, and to blend and flow together like real media (watercolor or oil paints). This includes the naturally rough and irregular edges. As such, smoothing doesn't really make sense for that type of brush.
